Production Line

This production line utilizes the Two Step Production Process, which is an advanced welding technology. The pipes are first formed into a pipe body and then continuously tack-welded at high speed. In the second step of the process, the pipes are submerged arc welded, resulting in a higher quality weld compared to other SAWH production methods. This process eliminates the tensile stress of the weld seam during pipe forming and submerged arc welding. It also improves the stability of welded joints and productivity. HFW&ERW Pipes

The company has four internationally advanced HFW and ERW welded pipe production lines, including Φ60, Φ168, Φ273, Φ660, etc., which can produce ERW steel pipes with an outer diameter of 21.3-660mm, wall thickness of 1-20mm, length of 6-18m, material S235, S355, Q345A, B , C, D, L245-L450, B-X70, with an annual production capacity of 300,000 tons. HFW/ERW products are mainly used in petroleum, natural gas, water, steam, urban gas transmission, urban pipeline network, chemical industry, electric power, steel structure and other industries..

Three-Roll Bending Saw(RBE) &T-welding Pipes

The production line employs a three-roller/four-roller bending machine to shape the short pipe section. CO2 shielded arc welding is utilized for tack welding, followed by pre-welding heat treatment. Internal and external straight welding, as well as internal and external girth welding, are performed using single wire, multi-layer, and multi-pass welding. After completing the welding process, the weld seam undergoes heat treatment to reduce residual stress and improve the stress corrosion resistance of the metal. The production line produces pipes with a large wall thickness and diameter, making them suitable for structural applications such as steel bridges, high-voltage transmission towers, wind towers, offshore platform equipment, and super-long pipe piles..
